Sanjay Bhansali and Sonam Kapoor in tears!

Saawariya's music was launched amongst much fanfare at the JW Marriot Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai on September 15, 2007. The whole Kapoor clan was present including Randhir, Rajeev, Rishi, Neetu, Ritu Nanda, and Krishna Kapoor. The other Kapoors, Anil and Sunita, were also there to cheer their daughter Sonam.Mandira Bedi anchored the event. Rani Mukerji introduced Ranbir. Salman Khan introduced Sonam and talked of how he treated her as an actor while working with her and not as Anil Kapoor's daughter. Debutantes Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor were overwhelmed while speaking on stage and also brought Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Anil Kapoor to tears.Music director Monty Singh was present with the singers including Alka Yagnik, Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawalla, Shailendra Singh and Richa Sharma among others.
